• Store Data: Information you provide about your stores, including store names, descriptions, logos, addresses, and contact information.
• Inventory Data: Product information you enter, including names, descriptions, prices, images, categories, and quantities.
• Sales Data: Information about sold items, including sale prices, buyer names, phone numbers, and addresses.
• Invoice Data: Invoice details you create, including buyer information and itemized lists.

We use your information to:

• Provide and maintain the Store Vault service
• Allow you to manage your store inventories
• Generate invoices for your sales
• Enable collaboration with other users you invite
• Improve and optimize our application

Your data is stored securely on our servers. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

• All data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS
• Images are stored as encrypted data
• Authentication is handled through secure OAuth providers (Google, Apple)

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

• With your consent: When you add collaborators to your store, they can access that store's inventory data.
• Service providers: We use trusted third-party services for authentication (Google, Apple) and data storage.
• Legal requirements: If required by law or to protect our rights.

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Correct inaccurate data
• Delete your account and associated data
• Export your data
• Remove collaborators from your stores

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Deleted items are moved to a "Recently Deleted" section and permanently removed after 30 days. You can request complete account deletion by contacting us.

7. Children's Privacy

Store Vault is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
